Arizona Philharmonic plans the 2020-2021 season with the optimism that most, if not all, concerts will be performed as scheduled. 

We recognize the unpredictability of the coronavirus, so our Ticket Purchase Guarantee ensures your confidence in each investment in an Arizona Philharmonic concert:

You may exchange, donate, or request a refund for any ticket purchase, for any reason.

Exchanges: Tickets for the 2020-2021 season may be exchanged for any concert of the 2020-2021 or 2021-2020 seasons. We have nine concerts planned for the 2020-2021 season, and we expect a similar number of concerts the following season.

Donations: Tickets may be donated back to Arizona Philharmonic for the full tax-deductible value of its purchase price.

Refunds: Refunds are made to the original purchaser.

Further details:

If a concert is rescheduled, you will automatically be given the opportunity to keep your existing seat for the new date.

If a concert is cancelled, we will attempt to reach you to offer an exchange or a donation. If we cannot reach you, you will automatically be given a refund.

If you cannot or choose not to attend a concert, we ask that you give us as much advanced notice as possible so that your seat may be made available to another patron.

If during an exchange you are upgrading to a higher priced ticket, you will be charged the difference.
